It is located rue Bonaparte, Paris 6ème, a 3-minute walk from the St Germain des Prés metro station. It's a duplex studio with mezzanine, quiet and very bright. It can accommodate 2 people. It is equipped with a washer-dryer and unlimited broadband internet access. The apartment was completely repainted in April 2023, and is decorated to a very high standard. From the 2 velux windows on the mezzanine, there's a view of the bell tower of St Germain des Prés church.
The 19th-century building is equipped with an entry code and concierge. The rent includes complimentary home insurance.
