This 26 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Paris's 10th arrondissement is perfect for 1 or 2 people. On the 3rd floor, the apartment has big windows that fill it with natural light and fresh air. The entrance opens up into a combined kitchen and living room with a couch, dining table, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner is stylish and fully equipped. The bedroom is simple but has a comfy double bed and also receives plenty of sunlight.

The 10th arrondissement is not known for its monuments but is a perfect place to immerse yourself in Parisian culture. This district is full of ancient churches, theaters, cafés, and boutiques. On Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, you are also in a convenient location surrounded by several train and Metro stations.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
