This 26 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Paris's 10th arrondissement is perfect for 1 or 2 people. On the 3rd floor, the apartment has big windows that fill it with natural light and fresh air. The entrance opens up into a combined kitchen and living room with a couch, dining table, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner is stylish and fully equipped. The bedroom is simple but has a comfy double bed and also receives plenty of sunlight.

The 10th arrondissement is not known for its monuments but is a perfect place to immerse yourself in Parisian culture. This district is full of ancient churches, theaters, cafés, and boutiques.
