The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped. The space also includes an island table where you can have your delicious meals. The apartment is spacious and bright due to the large windows.
Around the area, you can find several restaurants and bars from different nationalities such as Deux fois plus de piment which is a Chinese restaurant and El Diablito Latino, both of which is located 7 minutes away, by foot. There are also several museums close by. You can visit the Picasso museum of París which is located only 3 minutes away, by foot or the Musée Cognacq-Jay, which is only 5 minutes away, by foot and features most 18th century art.
