This 45 m² flat, completely renovated in 2021, is a 2 room apartment located in rue Stephenson, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, in the Goutte d'Or district, near the Sacré-Coeur and the Gare du Nord. It is bright and quiet (all the windows are double glazed) and offers a clear view.

It is composed of a living room / dining room, a bedroom, an open kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. It is located on the 4th floor (without lift) of a beautiful Haussmannian building from 1890. It is ideal to accommodate 2 people in a modern comfort and a neat decoration.

In more detail:

The 23 m² living room has a 3-seater sofa, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, a large television which disappears into a cabinet thanks to a remote control, and a DVD player. Two large windows facing west bring in a lot of afternoon sun.

The open kitchen is very well equipped and offers a bar with high chairs (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker with thermos, kettle, toaster, crockery...).

The bedroom of about 12 m² has a large window facing west, a large bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk area and storage space.

The bathroom has 2 east-facing windows with a view of the railway tracks (with the double-glazed windows, you will hardly hear the trains), a toilet, a beautiful shower in waxed concrete, a large washing machine (washer-dryer), a hairdryer, a dressing room with a full-length mirror and a towel-dryer.
