Furnished 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue Paul Valéry.
It is a superb 27m2 apartment located on the 4th floor with elevator of a building. It is composed of :
- A living room with sofa, TV and coffee table,
- An open kitchen equipped with: fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils...
- One bedroom with double bed (140x200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- Sheets and towels
- Several storage spaces
- TV and Broadband Internet included
- Concierge Service
The neighborhood is very pleasant, lively and residential (Haussmanian stone buildings all around), good security, and yet there is everything you could wish for nearby: stores, cafes and restaurants of all kinds, transportation, monuments...).
The apartment is very close to the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero and the Champs Elysees. Nearby are also the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, the Guimet Museum (Asian part of the Louvre). Bus and metro take you very quickly to the Louvre, Versailles and of course to the historic heart of the Halles or the Latin Quarter.
It is the ideal place to discover Paris. Many shops are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (restaurants, cheese factory, supermarket, bakeries, etc ).
TransitThe geographical location of the apartment will allow you to move very easily in the capital via the many possibilities of public transport: - Subway: Victor Hugo (line 2), located 3 minutes away on foot. - Subway : Charles de Gaulles / Etoile (line 1, 2,6 + RER A) located 8 minutes by foot
