Furnished 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Boulevard Exelmans.
It is a very nice 50m2 flat on the 4th floor with elevator in the 16th arrondissement. It is composed of : - A pleasant living room with sofa, flat screen - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hobs, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, etc.). - Beautiful bedroom with double bed (140x200cm) - A beautiful terrace of 20m2 with table and deckchair - Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine - Lots of storage space - TV and Broadband Internet (WiFi) included - Water and electricity included - Sheets and towels provided - Charges included
This flat is located close to the quays of the Seine, the Beaugrenelle shopping centre and the Eiffel Tower. The area is full of restaurants, renowned shops and numerous local shops (bakery, fish shop, restaurants, butcher's, dry cleaner, pharmacy, etc.).
