It is a T2 refurbished of 40m2 located on the 4th and last floor without elevator. The accommodation consists of : - A living room with a comfortable sofa bed - An open kitchen fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) - A bedroom with a double bed 140x200 - A bathroom with shower - Independent toilet - A balcony with table and chairs - Several storage spaces - TV and high speed internet (WiFi) - Very bright - Sheets and towels provided

Located in a very commercial area in the heart of Paris, close to the Forum des Halles and Châtelet. The street on the other hand has kept its old narrow layout. It surprises by its calm in contrast with the agitation of the Beaubourg district. The area is full of restaurants, famous stores as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher's shop, dry cleaner's, pharmacy, ...).
