Very nice new apartment in the center of Levallois-Perret; a large bright and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a shower room. The apartment has 5 bedrooms furnished and comfortable. Two of them each have their own balcony ! In a quiet area with all the amenities expected, it is 8 minutes from the Louise Michel metro on line 3 and a 2-minute walk from the So Ouest shopping center in Levallois-Perret. Each room in the accommodation is eligible for APL under the conditions of the CAF.

Room of 10m², fully furnished. It has a double bed (140x190) and a bedside table with lamp. A working area is included, composed of a desk with chair and lamp. The room also has storage space: a wardrobe with hanging space and a shelf. Located in Levallois-Perret, this 93m² flat is ideally situated a few steps from the So Ouest shopping centre and the Louise Michel metro station, and close to all amenities. This flat is located in a secure building with digicode and guard and has a lift. The flat is composed of 5 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.
