This apartment of 8 rooms includes: an independent WC, a bathroom of 5 m², a bedroom of 15 m², a second of 11 m², a third of 11 m² and a fourth of 24 m². This "master bedroom" is surrounded by a 13 m² kitchen and a 5 m² loggia, common to all tenants.
