THE HOUSE (Cristol): 260 m² with communal areas: large fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, green outdoor space (terrace, bike parking and courtyard) with garden furniture and reserved storage space, laundry room - high-speed wifi. a total of 11 rooms and studios available
PRIVATE AREA: Studio with private bathroom, subject to availability. Our private areas are furnished (double bed, storage space, chair, desk, etc.) and we provide bed linen and towels!
LOCATION: 10 min. walk from metro line 8
ROOMMATES: Between 19 and 49 years old, many different nationalities, a great way to meet new people and make new memories
SUPPORT: A support service to answer your questions. No more problems with not knowing who to call, or landlords who never answer!
CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE RENT: Water, electricity, heating, home insurance, broadband internet and cleaning of common areas. We'll also take care of all the paperwork, so you won't have to do a thing!
