THE HOUSE (Lazare): 210 m² with communal areas: equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, projection room with home cinema etc- high-speed wifi. 7 rooms available in total.
PRIVATE AREA: Rooms with private or shared bathroom, subject to availability. Our private areas are furnished (double bed, storage space, chair, desk, etc.) and we provide sheets and towels!
LOCATION: 10 min. walk from metro 3b (Station Saint-Fargeau) and metro 11 (Porte des Lilas). 5-minute walk from Tram 3b (Adrienne BOLLAND)
ROOMMATES: Between 24 and 35 years old, many different nationalities, a great way to meet new people and take home some great memories
