THE HOUSE (Moulin): 300 m² with communal areas: large equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, two gardens, terrace and barbecue, relaxation or teleworking room, cinema room, and reserved storage space, laundry room, bicycle and car garage - high-speed wifi. a total of 11 rooms and studios available
PRIVATE AREA: Studio with private bathroom, subject to availability. Our private areas are furnished (double bed, storage space, chair, desk, etc.) and we provide bed linen and towels!
LOCATION: 10 min. walk from metro line 3
ROOMMATES : Between 19 and 49 years old, many different nationalities, a great way to meet new people and take home beautiful memories
SUPPORT: A support service to answer your questions. No more problems with not knowing who to call, or landlords who never reply!
CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE RENT: Water, electricity, heating, home insurance, broadband internet and cleaning of common areas. We'll also take care of all the paperwork, so you won't have to do a thing!

Ground floor : An entrance with storage, a shared toilet, an open living space with an open-plan kitchen, a dining space and a living room. A garden at the front and at the back of the house, the back garden comes with outdoor furniture. 1st floor : an additional small equipped living room. The Building does not include car parking slots.
