You will be the first to move into our newly renovated apartment. The flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. Next to the kitchen, you will find a large living space with couches to enjoy movie nights with your flatmates. And the best part- this apartment features a shared garden in the centre of Paris!

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a cozy stay in Paris. In the bedroom area, youll find a bed with a comfortable mattress, pillows, and duvets, as well as a bedside table, small lamp, and wardrobe. The bedroom is also equipped with a desk and chair, so you can easily work or study from home. Please note: Bedsheets are not provided, allowing you to personalize your space the way you like it!

Penalty: If the notice is not provided before the deadline, you will be required to pay the rent for the remaining months until the contract expiration.
