There are rooms for rent in this 2-bedroom house on Rue de l'espérance in Paris' 13th arrondissement. On the Ground floor there is a living room with wooden floors and comfortable furnishings. The house's shared kitchen is in the basement and is very spacious. It is cosy with a lot of bench space, storage areas. The bedrooms and shared bathroom, with shower and toilet, are located on the first floor.
This area in Paris is very cute and almost village-like. It is South-East of the central city with transport links that can get you into the centre and the rest of the city with ease.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a large yet cosy room with a double bed. This room is furnished with a chest of drawers, shelving and a desk. The large windows open out to the street, overlooking the calm neighbourhood. There is extra storage available in drawers under the bed.

Things to keep in mind
- Including the basement, this house is 3-storeys, so if you struggle with stairs this may not be the right house for you.
- There is no AC in this house, so a portable unit or fan may be necessary in the summer months.
