This studio apartment to rent in Paris has 1 bathroom, and all bills are included in the rental price. The apartment is small but very tidy, and covers an area of 13 m2. The room is nice and bright, and is furnished with a double bed, a television, desk and a wardrobe.

The apartment is located in an 'apartment/hotel' on Rue Jouffroy d'Abbans, in Batignolles-Monceau. Paris’s 17th arrondissement has lots of Parisian charm and is well connected to the rest of the city by public transport. Although the neighbourhood is a less touristy area of Paris, there is plenty to see and do.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is equipped with central heating.
  • Large windows open out over the nice quiet street below.
  • A weekly cleaning service and linen for the double bed are both included in the rental price.
  • There is a wall mounted television and a nice small desk.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no kitchen in this apartment, however a microwave and refrigerator can be arranged.
