PRIVATE SINGLE ROOMS OF ABOUT 14M2 for rent FULLY FURNISHED AVAILABLE IN SHARED APARTMENT WITH 2 BATHROOMS AND A COMMUNAL KITCHEN and 2 COMMON TOILETS fully furnished on a total area of the apartment of about 100 m2. Everything is on the first and last floor in a very small condominium. The room has a single bed, 1 dresser, 1 desk and a chair. The kitchen is fully equipped (dining table with chairs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, electric hob, cupboards, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc.) There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Excellent layout. THE FUTURE TENANT WILL HAVE TO OVERLAP CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE AND ENJOY LIVING IN A SHARED APARTMENT. Excellent location: 5 minutes walk from Poissy station (RER A among others – arrival in 30 minutes at La Défense-Grande Arche) ALL INCLUSIVE (electric, heating, weekly cleaning, internet, hot water, insurance, maid every week to keep the premises in good condition).
