This property is compact yet cosy, consisting of a main room which serves as a living area, a partially equipped kitchen corner, and a bedroom. The shower is in the corner of the main room, and the toilet is in front of the apartment and will be shared with 1 other neighbour.
Observatoire is a neighbourhood which is filled with plenty to see and do. From quirky cafés, bars and restaurants to creative shops, you will never be bored here. We must also mention that the 14th arrondissement is home to the Catacombs Museum — enter at your peril! This property is ideal for commuters or those who like to travel — Gare Vaugirard train station is just 15 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The main room has a space-saving sofa which turns into a double bed.
- Gare Vaugirard train station is 15 minutes away, making the apartment very practical for commuters.
- Despite measuring 16m2, this property is relatively spacious for a studio.
- The property has plenty of storage space for your belongings.
- The creepy Catacombs Museum is nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven but it has an electric stove.
- There is no washing machine, but tenants can take their laundry to the closest laundrette.
- The toilet is situated in front of the apartment, and is to be shared with 1 other neighbour.
- Couples are not permitted.
- The Security deposit must be paid on the day of check-in and the contract will be signed on the same day.
