A bright studio apartment, 11m2, is available to rent in Observatoire, Paris 14. The apartment is well-organized and spacious, and it has a double sofa bed, lots of storage space, a beautiful mirror above the fireplace, and a large window. There is a lovely view of typical Parisian architecture from the window. The kitchen has the essentials, including a table with a chair, a mini fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster oven, a small stove, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is small but practical, with a window for ventilation. There is a shared toilet outside of the apartment, which tenants will be sharing with one another building resident.
The 14th arrondissement is the perfect balance for anyone looking for the best of Parisian life. Full of bakeries, shops, and restaurants, the 14th arrondissement is also home to one of Paris' most beautiful parks, the Parc Montsouris. The area is also well-connected by metro, RER, and other public transportation options.
What we liked the most
- There are lovely wood floors throughout the apartment.
- There is a nice fireplace in the property.
- The property is located in between several metro stations.
- The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the gorgeous Parc Montsouris.
- All of the utility bills are included in the rent, which makes this apartment a very affordable, convenient living option.
Things to keep in mind
- The property is located on the 6th floor, and there is no elevator.
- There is no toilet inside the apartment. Tenants will be sharing a toilet located outside of the apartment with one other resident in the building.
