A gorgeous studio apartment with an enormous terrace with views of Paris is available to rent in Vaugirard, Paris 15. The property has been recently renovated, and it is located near a metro station. The kitchen area has the essentials, including a mini-fridge, a washing machine, a small electric stove, and a microwave. The main room has a double bed, as well as a separate sofa bed. There is a separate toilet / shower room, and there is a large bathtub in the shower room where tenants can enjoy relaxing baths. The terrace, which faces west, has a table with chairs, with plenty of room to put other furniture.

Vaugirard is a lovely residential area of central Paris. Full of excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, residents of Vaugirard enjoy easy walks to the nearby Eiffel Tower and Seine River.

What we liked the most

  • The property has a large, beautiful terrace with amazing views of Paris.
  • The bathroom in the apartment is big, and it has a lovely bathtub in it.
  • The apartment is located close to a metro station, which is convenient.
  • The property has parking available, as well as a doorman.
  • The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, which might be nice for couples.
  • The apartment has been recently renovated.
  • The apartment has a double bed in it, but it also has a separate sofa bed.
  • The property is a 4-minute walk from the University of Paris II campus.
  • For the adventurous, the Eiffel Tower is a 25-minute walk from the property.
