The property, which gets lots of light and has nice wooden floors, comprises a living area with a single bed, a bathroom with sliding door, a kitchen corner, and a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the 7th floor and has a view over the rooftops. The Descartes University is just 10 minutes away, making this an ideal place to live for students.
The 16th arrondissement is a lovely neighbourhood situated between the Seine and the Bois de Boulogne. The area surrounding the apartment is very well served when it comes to transport, shopping, eating out and nightlife.
