A comfortable, 18 m² studio apartment is available to rent in the area of Malakoff, just outside of central Paris. The property consists of a main room which has a mezzanine floor. The living area and partially equipped kitchen is on the lower section, whereas the sleeping area is situated on the floor above.
Malakoff is a calm, residential suburb located to the south-west of central Paris. There are several shops, cafés and convenience stores nearby, and you can catch the metro from Malakoff / Rue Etienne Dolet station which is 3 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- This cosy apartment has character, with authentic wooden beams which adorn the ceiling.
- The property has a large window which lets in natural light and provides views of a tree.
- The apartment is relatively spacious, as it has a space-optimising mezzanine floor.
- The closest metro station is less than 3 minutes away.
- Small pets are allowed.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen has no oven, but it has an electric stove.
- The property is situated on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.
- Couples are not permitted.
- The Security deposit must be paid on the day of check-in and the contract will be signed on the same day.
