This luminous studio apartment for rent in Monceau is 25 m² and offers an equipped kitchen, sofa bed and a bathroom. The apartment gets excellent natural light and it is centrally heated, perfect for the colder months.
Monceau is a neighbourhood in the south-west of Paris, known for its Haussmannian architecture and lavish townhouses. Monceu is also home to the IUFM university, and the Porte de Champerret metro station is very close by for access to the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bathed in light from the large windows.
- The kitchen is equipped with the essentials.
- The bathroom is modern.
- The windows provide nice views of the building.
