What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This is a bright and clean studio, located in the very heart of Paris. It was renovated last year w fresh paint & new energy efficient soundproofing double glass pvc windows. It has everything to make your stay in Paris, homey and comfortable. Very central: just a couple of blocks from the Montorgueil pedestrian district and Les Halles, well connected to public transportation to all parts of Paris as well as CDG and Orly airports. The apartment is on the 2nd floor inside the courtyard, so it is quiet. Its huge windows make it very bright even on cloudy days and its exposed beams contribute to its Parisian charm.

A charming 25 m² studio is available to rent in central Paris. Newly renovated, it retains its Parisian charm thanks to its simple & tasteful mix of modern and antique décor. It has everything necessary to make your stay the most comfortable: A full bathroom (with shower/bath), separate WC, fully equipped kitchen (combination oven/microwave, dishes, appliances, utensils, etc), small washing machine, and a large and comfortable double bed. It faces a quiet inner courtyard, and has three very large windows which allow for maximum light. They are double-paned for sound proofing and energy efficiency. Located in Paris' Montorgueil district, in the 2nd arrondissement, this apartment is extremely central. The neighbouring streets are filled with cafes, restaurants and wine bars. Late night convenience stores, supermarkets and laundromat are also less than a 5 minute walk away. You will not have to wander far to find what you need. Many transportation options are nearby. Metro stations Sentier, Bonne Nouvelle, and Strasbourg-St. Denis are less than 5 min walk. Les Halles with RER’s A and B (direct line to both Orly and CDG airports) is a 10 min walk away. Many bus lines also serve the area.
