This 9 m² studio apartment on Rue des Moines is furnished with a sofa bed and a foldable table, making good use of the space. There is a large window which allows for much natural light and also gives you a dazzling view of the charming Parisian rooftops outside. You also have an equipped kitchen and some storage space.
The 17th arrondissement is a stylish area where you will experience the genuine Parisian lifestyle. The charming streets outside your door are full of small shops, restaurants and cafés, and you live only a short walk from Parc Martin Luther King. The nearby Metro station means you can easily access the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The studio has a sofa bed, meaning it makes good use of the space.
- As you live on the 7th floor you have an amazing view from the window.
- The location is in one of the city's most exclusive areas and you have the metro just a short walk away for easy access to the rest of Paris.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 7th floor in a building that has no elevator, at least working off that delicious French cheese will not be an issue.
- There is no bathroom in the studio but there are 2 shared ones in the outside hallway.
