This 27 m² studio apartment on Rue du Sergent Hoff feels very spacious as the double bed is placed on a mezzanine level. The living area is beautiful with charming wooden floors and furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to prepare your meals and there is a dining table. The sleeping area is cosy, furnished with a double bed and comes with some shelving for storage.
Living in the 17th arrondissement, you can experience both the eclectic and bohemian sides of Paris. You are surrounded by plenty of shop, boutiques, restaurants and bars and live close to Park Monceau. You have a number of transport options right by your property and can easily connect to the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The wooden floors and furniture make for beautiful decorations and create a great atmosphere.
- The studio is very well planned, having the bed on the mezzanine level adds tons of extra living space.
- You have a large window, making your home luminous with natural light.
- You will be living in an area not overrun by tourists and will experience the genuine Paris.
