A sunny, 28 m² studio apartment with a large balcony is available to rent in Paris' 14th arrondissement. The property has a spacious main room, where you will find a double bed, a standalone wardrobe, a sofa, a desk, and a TV. The kitchen has all of the basics, including a small hotplate, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom is practical, with a shower and plenty of storage space.
The 14th arrondissement is a lively, authentic district. Home to the Tour Montparnasse, the 14th has lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. And there's no shortage of great public transportation here!
What we liked the most
- The balcony is enormous!
- There is a sports center just under the building.
- There is a train station and metro station near the property.
- It has a double bed and a sofa -- a rare find in a studio apartment.
