A cosy studio apartment is available to rent in Paris's 16th arrondissement. This apartment only measures 10 m², but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in charm and cosiness. The property has recently been renovated, and is decorated with modern and practical furniture. The kitchen corner is partially equipped but does not have an oven, and the living area/bedroom has a comfortable sofa that folds out into a double bed. There is a shower in the corner, and the toilet is in the corridor but is for your use only.
This apartment is situated in a historic building on Avenue Georges Mandel. The property is in the 16th arrondissement, one of Paris's most prestigious neighbourhoods which is sometimes known as Passy. The surrounding architecture is elegant, characterised by tree-lined avenues and typical Parisian architecture. You will be living near the Trocadero Gardens, and the Eiffel Tower is only 18-minutes away on foot.
What we liked the most
- Despite its small size, this apartment is cosy and has space-saving furniture which makes it more practical.
- This apartment has recently been renovated, but you will still feel like you're living in a historic, 19th century building.
- The oval shaped window looks out onto Paris's elegant skyline.
- By living in the prestigious 16th arrondissement, you will really feel like you are living in Paris. The area is characterised by elegant, classical buildings and tree-lined avenues.
- The Trocadero Gardens and the Eiffel Tower are a short walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- To access the 6th floor, you have to get the elevator to the 5th floor and walk up.
- Your toilet is in the corridor, but you won't have to share it with any of your neighbours.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has a fully functioning electric stove.
