This semi-independent studio apartment for rent in the 14th Arrondissement is 15 m² and has a sofa bed, stunning views from the 6th floor and a small equipped kitchen. There is plenty of storage space throughout and an excellent amount of sunlight. This apartment also has a private shower and access to a toilet that is shared with 1 other studio.
Home to attractions such as the Tour Montparnasse skyscraper and the Catacomb Museum, the 14th Arrondissement is an exciting neighbourhood with lots to offer. With a metro station nearby, residents have easy access to the city centre and surrounding neighbourhoods.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a desk and chair, perfect for students.
- There is excellent light and ventilation from the large window.
- The apartment is fitted with modern wooden flooring.
- The Square du Chanoine-Viollet is nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed so you will have to arrange this if you require it.
- There is no oven, microwave or washing machine.
- The apartment has a shower, but the toilet is shared with another studio apartment in the building.
- Couples are not permitted.
- The Security deposit must be paid on the day of check-in and the contract will be signed on the same day.
