A cosy studio apartment is available to rent in the 4th arrondissement, right in the heart of Paris. This apartment only measures 10 m ², but the interior does not feel too small. The main room consists of a single bed, a mezzanine floor with a double bed, a partially equipped kitchen corner, and a desk for studying or working from home. There is no toilet in the apartment, but there is one on your corridor which you will be sharing.
The best thing about this apartment is its location. Situated on Quai Bethune, this property is on one of Paris's charming, natural islands, right in the heart of the city. You will be living in front of the charming River Seine, and you are about 5 minutes from Notre-Dame on foot. The whole of central Paris is on your doorstep, including bars, cafés, restaurants and nightlife hotspots, as well as famous landmarks.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has 2 beds - a single in the main room, and a double bed on the space-saving mezzanine floor above.
- When you look our of your skylight window, you'll see charming buildings on your street, as well as a part of the River Seine.
- The apartment only measures 10 m ², but it feels a little bigger because of the mezzanine floor.
- You will be living near the Seine, Notre-Dame, and everywhere else in central Paris.
- The apartment is on a charming natural island.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has an electric stove and a microwave.
- There is no washing machine, but there are launderettes nearby.
- The shower is in the main room, but there is a curtain.
- There is no toilet in the apartment. Instead, there is one you can use in the corridor.
