This beautiful studio is recently updated and has the most advanced amenities. The 26 m² space features a luxurious bathroom, kitchen and spacious living area which will be equipped with a double sofa bed for sleeping. There is also a balcony and a nice storage unit built into the living room wall. The studio is well suited for 1 or 2 people looking for a cozy, yet modern, home.
The apartment is located in the 18th arrondissement, right on the border of the 17th arrondissement. The area is full of shopping, restaurants and cafes. There is a Carrefour supermarket just behind the building and there is a health club on the corner. Several bars and bistros are right down the street, and it is a short walk to access public transit connections.

- The location is great, with a nice balcony looking over the street below.
