This cozy studio is divided into three main areas. The bedroom area has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and TV. The living room area comes with a table and sofa that can transform into an additional bed to accommodate a third tenant. A well-lit and fully-equipped kitchen area with storage makes up the third section of this apartment. Plus, of course, there's the bathroom.

You'll find that the 17th arrondissement is an elegant area with lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Try out Au Petit Marguery, Rech, or La Maison for some delicious French cuisine or La Casa Di Sergio for some excellent Italian. The apartment is also only a 12-minute walk away from the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées, perfect for a day of sightseeing and shopping.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to some really cool sites. Time to mark some places off your bucket list!
  • The interior-facing windows and metal shutters give you plenty of privacy.
  • This studio is in the middle of some great renovations that will really add to the space.
  • There is an abundance of natural light throughout the apartment.
