This cozy studio apartment on Avenue Gambetta, in Courbevoie is fully furnished and has a lovely balcony. The studio has a stylish decor, with fashionable furnishings and touches of colour throughout. The property packs a lot into its 26 m² floor plan, with a double bed, a small dining table, a compact kitchen, and a tidy tiled bathroom.

The apartment is located on Avenue Gambetta in Courbevoie, a suburban neighbourhood situated 8.2km west of the city. You will be living just 10 minutes from the 'Les 4 Temps' shopping centre - there you'll find shops, cafés and restaurants. The tranquil neighbourhood is well connected to the rest of the city with plenty of bus stops and a train station close by.

What we liked the most

  • The living area opens out onto a small balcony.
  • There is a big bright rug that livens up the space.
  • The apartment gets lots of natural light in through the large french doors.
  • The kitchen is compact but has everything you need for cooking.
