This sleek and modern studio has a spacious living room that features a comfy sofa, a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. There's also a dining table enough to accommodate two.
The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space.
The fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washer and ironing equipment.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
