The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an electric hob, a microwave and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
