In addition to your own studio, you’ll enjoy access to a shared living and dining area, as well as a spacious kitchen. On each floor, you’ll also find shared bathrooms and a kitchenette, making it easy to cook your favorite meals. And when you want to relax and unwind, just head out to the garden area or community terrace!
Welcome to your stylish studio in Paris! This private space has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed, a wardrobe with plenty of space for all your essentials, a shower, and a mini fridge. Your studio also has access to shared bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area to relax and socialize with your flatmates.

Daily
The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
Important: Notice Period & Check-Out
Regardless of the date entered in your initial booking, you must formally notify the landlord of your check-out date to avoid being charged for extra months. Notice Required: 2 months (3 months for properties in Italy or Germany).
Penalty: If the notice is not provided before the deadline, you will be required to pay the rent for the remaining months until the contract expiration.
How to Contact the Landlord
After Booking Confirmation: You will receive the landlord’s email address for any initial questions. After Contract Signature: All further communication must be handled through your Private Area on the landlord’s website.
