Beau studio avec balcon privative dans un appt, meublé (lit armoire bureau chaise)
cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson), salle de douche et wc .
Proche du métro Créteil-Préfecture, centre commercial, cinéma, université UPEC Paris XII.
(le studio était refait à neuf (vu la vidéo) , il est en bon état mais ne peut pas etre refait a neuf a chaque changement de locataire )

This modern studio apartment has a tidy 19 m² footprint on Avenue Georges Duhamel, a little outside the centre of Paris in Créteil. This apartment has modern furnishings throughout, including a double bed, small refrigerator, and 2-burner stove. The bathroom has been recently renovated as well.
Although this is not in the centre of Paris, there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes near this apartment. The Parc Départemental du Rancy is also a 10-minute walk away, and is a great place to explore on a day off.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The studio has a large windowed door to let in lots of natural light, which opens on to a balcony.
- There is a small desk and chair against the wall.
- The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with some storage underneath.
- Créteil is outside of Paris, and is a quieter, more residential area.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is not fully equipped, so you will need to bring some items, for example, plates and cutlery.
- There is no washing machine or dryer, but there is a laundromat within a 15-minute walk.
