This is a newly remodeled studio apartment with lots of natural light and everything is located in main room except the bathroom, which is separate for added privacy. This studio is perfect for a student or young professional and all of the furniture and appliances are perfect for one person. You will have everything you need to get started from a small corner kitchen to a desk and a nice wardrobe to store your belongings. There is fresh paint, new furniture and appliances all throughout the property and you will love the sleek design of the bathroom with a large shower. If you're looking to work or study in Paris, this apartment would be the perfect place to call home and be your refuge from the big city as you have the best experience of your life.
Located south of the Paris city center, Avenue Georges Duhamel is a nice and quiet street in a residential area. There are many other apartment buildings around and not many small shops but you will still have access to quite a few places on foot. There is a Lidl Supermarket on the main road, around the corner from the property and there is also a huge shopping center with every other store you can imagine. You won't be too far away from the city center of Paris which you can reach by metro and explore all of the small shops, bars, restaurants, museums and cultural centers to your heart's desire.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is in a separate room apart from the rest of the studio.
- You will have a lot of natural light coming from the main window which has a courtyard view of the beautiful green garden surrounding the building.
- There is a big wardrobe where you can store all of your personal belongings.
- The neighborhood is quiet and residential but is still well-connected to the rest of Paris.
