This stylish studio apartment on Rue Saint Séverin, in the 5th arrondissement, has been beautifully renovated and has a private bathroom. With a floor area of 17 m², this studio is compact but well equipped to accommodate 1 tenant, including a double bed, television, and a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment is centrally located in an area that is popular with tourists and students alike. From this fantastic location you will be able to walk to many of the city's most well-known attractions, including Fontaine Saint-Michel, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Seine River. Paris-Sorbonne University is a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The studio is beautifully decorated throughout.
- There are 2 windows with street views that let in good natural light.
- The kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, and toaster.
- The bathroom is modern and beautifully tiled.
- The beautiful Luxembourg Gardens are a short walk away.
- You will find plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
- The unit is currently undergoing renovation. The house scaffolding is under renovation for July and August.
- The minimum contract term is 7 months, and the rent will be €600 for July and August.
