This charming studio apartment on Rue Saint Claude, in the neighbourhood of Saint Claude, is 21 m² and has a double bed on a mezzanine level. The main room is furnished with a sofa bed, dining table, and television, and also offers a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook. The bathroom is tiled, and has storage space and a heated towel rack.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, right in between the Place de la République and the Bastille. This lively central area offers plenty to see and do, including theatres, bars, cafes, as well as French and international restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and very cozy.
- There is a desk with a chair providing a private space to study or work.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- There is a large window that lets in good natural light.
- The beautiful Square du Temple botanical garden is a short walk away.
- There are several museums and a movie theatre in the area.
- Charlotte the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and electric stove.
- The mezzanine level has low ceilings, so you will not be able to stand up straight.
