This charming studio apartment on Rue Claude Bernard, 5th arrondissement, is 18 m² and can accommodate 1 tenant. The property is beautifully decorated and bright, and offers a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is centrally located, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, and a short walk from the Metro. You will find several universities nearby, and the famous Rue Monge is just 5 minutes away, home to numerous shops, boutiques, and a popular fresh produce market.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has 2 large windows with lovely views that let in plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- There is a cellar available for extra storage space.
- The apartment enjoys an excellent location, close to the Pantheon and the lovely Luxembourg Gardens.
- Hélène the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
