This studio apartment on Rue Chalgrin, in the 16th arrondissement, is fully furnished and cozy. The 9 m² apartment is compact, and has a combined kitchen/living area with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom.
Located in the 16th arrondissement, this property is just a quick trip on the Metro from the heart of Paris. Surrounded by a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés, this property is in a great location, and is barely 5-minutes from the famous Arc de Triomphe.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook, including a small fridge, as well as a washing machine.
- The living area has a cupboard with shelves, offering plenty of storage space.
- The apartment has a large window and is full of natural light.
- The double bed is a sofa bed, allowing for it to be folded up during the day, creating a little more space.
- The apartment is very close to shops and restaurants, with easy access to public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 6th floor of the building, which doesn't have an elevator.
- If you need a microwave or oven, the landlord has said they would be able to put one on.
