Located in the lively 4th arrondissement, this 20 m² studio is a stylish property with great 5th floor views of the neighborhood. The studio has wood flooring and simple but practical furniture. There is a pull-down double bed in the corner, a dining table for 2, and a breakfast with stools. For storage, you have a standalone and built-in wardrobe. The kitchen corner is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
On Rue des Ecouffes, you are right next to the popular Marais area, known for its charming medieval streets. The 4th arrondissement is a popular district full of cute cafés, tasty restaurants, and cultural activities. If you enjoy walking out your door and having endless choices, this is the place for you.
