This studio apartment has been cleverly designed to make the most of the space and feels bright and airy. Equipped with a washing machine, oven and microwave, there is also a TV and you can relax in the garden on sunny afternoons.
The property is located in Foutenay-sous-Bois, around 3 km from Paris and just outside the 12th arrondissement. This is a calm and mainly residential neighbourhood with lots of green spaces for you to enjoy as well as easy access to the capital when you choose.
What we liked the most
- Access to the garden is perfect if you fancy a breath of fresh air.
- With a TV installed, in the evenings you can relax on the large sofa with your favourite series.
- The white walls and large windows help the property to feel bright and spacious.
- The location is great for those who enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside but also want quick and easy access to the city-centre.
- The enormous park Bois de Vincennes - the largest in Paris - is close to the property, ideal for running, cycling or having a picnic.
