This beautiful studio apartment on Avenue de Saint-Ouen in the 18th arrondissement is completely filled with natural light. The property comes with amazing features, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. It is also fully furnished and includes a sofa that folds out into a double bed − perfect for when friends come over.

The 18th arrondissement is a charming place to live with stunning city views and cute winding streets. There's plenty of restaurants and shopping areas to keep you busy. The studio is just steps from the La Fourche metro station and a quick walk to MONOPRIX supermarket. Head to LE BAR & LE COWORKING by O'Sisters for a cool coworking space during the day and a killer happy hour from 5:00-8:00 PM.
