This spacious studio apartment to rent on Avenue de Fontainebleau is located in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre. The main room gets plenty of sunlight. It has gorgeous flooring, and it’s simply furnished with a sofa bed. The bathroom is modern and has a shower cabin. And the kitchen, which has a washing machine and dining table, is fully equipped.
In Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, you are less than a half-hour Metro ride from the city center. Your new home is close to Parc Kellermann and near Bicêtre Hospital. The 13th arrondissement is next door. There are dozens of ethnic restaurants and a few supermarkets close by, and there is a shopping mall less than 10 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- Windows allow plenty of natural light into the living area and kitchen.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine.
- Simple furnishings allow you to add your own decorative touch.
