And, thanks to our superior quality mattresses, luxury linens, and towels, you can relax knowing you’ll always feel comfortably at home. When you’re ready for some fun, you can take in the Paris vibes or bring the entertainment to you with the premium wireless speaker or smart TV. This apartment also offers in-apartment laundry.

Straddling the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, the gay-friendly Marais is a hot spot for fashion week, art galleries and museums. Ideally situated in this design district, this furnished apartment allows you to indulge in the offerings at the Centre Pompidou, Musée du Carnavalet, Musée Picasso and the Institut Suédois. Not far from the Hôtel de Ville, Rue des Rosiers has no shortage of falafel spots. The food counters at the Marché des enfants rouges are the place to sample the world. A dozen coworking spaces have recently set up shop in the Marais, while also connected to the rest of Paris via metro lines 1, 3, 8 and 11.

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
If you are a professional, you need to provide:

- Proof of income (3x higher than the rent and charges)
- Residence permit (signed employment contract or offer letter from your future employer should work too).
If you are a student, you need the same documents from your guarantor.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.
Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
