This beautiful studio apartment has been refurbished and decorated with taste and is located on the 7th floor of a typical Parisian building (without lift). In the heart of Paris, this 18 m2 studio is composed of : - A living room with a sofa - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, etc) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - Bed linen and towels provided - Storage room on the landing with washing machine for the tenant's use only - TV and Internet (WiFi).

This beautiful flat is located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the Place de l'étoile. The area is full of restaurants, famous shops, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher's shop, supermarkets, dry cleaner's, pharmacy, ...).
