Le studio est simple mais très accueillant avec une très belle lumière, il est situé dans une propriété ou les autres habitants sont respectueux et aimables. Je suis le syndic bénévole de cet immeuble, et j'habite moi aussi dans cet immeuble .Je veille donc à ce que mon locataire ne soit pas dérangé. En effet je connais tout le monde.
Le quartier est sur et on peut y circuler jusqu'à deux à trois heures du matin sans aucun problème.
De nombreuses personnes jeunes et moins jeune fréquentent les bars et les petits restaurants du quartier et l'on peut toujours trouver un endroit sympathique et branché pour boire un verre et discuter .
