Habitación privada, luminosa y completamente amueblada en una vivienda familiar situada en una urbanización privada y tranquila de Paterna, Valencia.
La habitación dispone de cama individual, espacio de almacenaje y salida a una pequeña terraza/balcón que aporta mucha luz natural.
El baño es compartido con nuestra hija.
La urbanización cuenta con piscina comunitaria, jardines y zonas verdes. Muy cerca hay carril bici y buenas conexiones de transporte público y el Campus.
En casa vivimos una familia tranquila y respetuosa. Nuestro hijo está actualmente pasando el curso académico fuera y convivimos también con perros pequeños y sociables.
Buscamos exclusivamente chicas estudiantes, responsables, limpias, respetuosas y que valoren un ambiente familiar y tranquilo.
