It is an Italian semi-detached house from the early twentieth century, on three levels: the entrance and a bedroom on the ground floor; on the first floor, a second room, a bathroom and a laundry, as well as the kitchen with a large window that opens onto the outside terrace; on the second floor, two other rooms and a second bathroom. A garden all around, with the possibility of eating outside for most of the year. The house is bright and keeps the heat in winter and the cool in summer. Refurbished from scratch in the last year. Transportation and commerce excellent. Fifteen minutes on foot from IV Novembre central square.
